Not having a registered dentist and experiencing severe tooth ache I went on line and booked an appointment to see the dentist. Upon arrival I was booked in and saw a dentist for an initial evaluation of the tooth. Brief discussion about the course to go down which was extraction...

20 minutes the tooth was removed and an after care course was discussed . Overall a very good experience. The staff on site guided us in seeing we hadn’t been before. So yes would recommend them.

Great service! Was very local to myself . Was able to get an appt straight away. However I aas in agony and was kept waiting over 30 mins for the appt in the reception but suppose that comes with the nature of an emergency appt that the dentist doesn’t know how long the appt infront will take...

Once I was in the dental room it was very modern. Dan was a lovely friendly dentist.

FAQs

For a straightforward extraction the fee is £120 per tooth, including wisdom teeth. If the tooth is more complicated and may need a surgical extraction, the dentist will explain this at your consultation and give you an individual quote based on how complex the procedure is. No additional treatment is carried out unless you are happy with the plan and the cost.
Emergency appointments are carried out using local anaesthetic to keep the area numb and comfortable. At our Eltham partner practice, intravenous sedation is also available for suitable patients who are anxious about treatment. General anaesthetic is not provided as part of this service, as this is no longer offered in primary care. If the dentist feels that treatment under general anaesthetic is the safest option for you, they will discuss referring you to an appropriate hospital or specialist service.
A temporary filling, including those bought from a pharmacy, is a very short term measure that you place yourself. It does not clean the tooth, remove decay or seal the cavity properly, so it can come out easily. A semi-permanent filling is placed by a dentist after the tooth has been examined and cleaned, and is shaped to protect the tooth, ease symptoms and keep things stable until a longer term treatment is carried out. It is more secure than a temporary filling, but it is still not intended to be the final solution.
To confirm your booking you pay the £49 consultation fee online at the time of making the appointment. You can pay using a credit or debit card, PayPal or Klarna. Klarna gives options, subject to their terms, either to pay the full amount at a later date or to spread the cost into 3 smaller instalments. Any treatment that is then provided is paid directly to the dental practice, using the fee structure shown on our website, and can usually be settled by cash or card.
If you need to move your appointment you can rearrange it as long as there are more than 24 hours remaining before your booked time. This helps ensure the slot can be offered to another patient who may also need urgent care. When there are fewer than 24 hours to go, appointments are fixed and changes are not possible.
